We'd like to welcome you to working links and flexible new deal program .when you come along to your first visit you'll meet our team who will talk to you about what flexible new deal means for you and what will happen whilst you're with us. you'll also take part in a group induction which has been arranged for you.

• During your induction you may be asked to discus
• Your employment history and your aims for the future,
• The skills and work- related abilities you have, and
• anything that might be stopping you get where you want to be including caring or childcare responsibilities medical conditions and so on
Then after your induction we will work with you to assess the right level of support to help you find and stay in, work
If you can't come to your induction please call us before your appointment on the number at the top of this letter. if you don't attend and we don't know why we may have to inform a decision maker who will decide whether or not your benefits will be affected.
What you can expect from us
Flexible new deal is a 52 week program designed to help you not only move into work, but to help you though all the challenges you might face along the way , we've already helped over 115.000 people find work, and we know it's not always easy, we'll give you the support you need to fit your circumstances and you'll get your own consultant who will help you to
• Write your cv to match the job s you're interested in and fill in application forms
• Find and get involved in work related activity to help you on your way, and
• Organise work experience, work trials or any work related training you might need
What we expect from you
We expect you to
• Fully participate in the induction so we can understand more about how we can help you.
• look for work with us as well as in your own time and take advantage of any opportunities that are available so you can continue to receive jobseeker's allowance and credits of national insurance,
and
• Tell us what you've done to find work it's easier if you write this down and bring letters from employers and anything else that shows us what kind of jobsearch activity you're doing so we can be sure you're getting the right support.
Again it's really important that you do this, as if you can't show that you're looking for work we may have to inform a decision maker who will decide if your jobseeker allowance and national insurance credits could be affected,
if your circumstances have changed since you were referred to us or if you've found a job in the meantime, please call the number at the top of this letter to let us know in advance.
